I'm not going to put in a link, as all you have to do is type in Rasmussen in any current news search engine and you'll get this verified as of 8/4/08 - Monday.

Awe, what the heck. Here's one of many current news weblinks. Rasmussen Poll: John McCain Passes Barack Obama - Associated Content

Anyway, Rasmussen is saying that McCain has not only gained ground on B.Obama, but now has a 1 point lead.

Is this mimicking a similar scenario to what happened with Dukakis's, Kerry's and other Demo's leads that slipped towards the end of Summer, and gradually went downward even more before November?
********
Is Rasmussen a very accurate polling agency, as a general rule?

They are. And BO's racist remark might have hurt him, who knows?

He needs to keep his foot out of his mouth.

Too late.

He doesn't have what it takes to make it to the presidency, thank God.

Sorry, but I'm not a mind-reader. Who's the "He doesn't have a chance", in your reply, McCain or B. Obama?

Obama.
But I didn't say he doesn't have a chance. I said he doesn't have what it takes.

As Obama moves farther into the twilight zone with his pie in the sky energy policy, McCains numbers will continue to grow. I was just in Missoula, MT for the last 2 weeks and spoke to several on the left who have now reversed their vote in favor of McCain. Missoula is a very liberal town also. Was quite surprised.

Obama will lead after the debates start. McCain has gotten more favorable media than any candidate I can remember. He's a pure idealist with delusions as to his policies. Obama will easily expose this, among other things.

Surely, you jest on the part of McCain getting better news coverage. On energy, if Obama doesn't kick his energy policy into the gutter the race will not be close as previously thought.

"uhhhhh, ummmmmmmmmm uhhhhhmmmmmm, uh, HOPE! Uhhh, ummm, uhhhhhmmmmmmm, um CHANGE!"

When Obama doesn't have a teleprompter his dullness really comes out. The debates are where McCain will pull away.
I dunno. If he takes his Viagra that day, maybe. He's not exactly coherent himself.

What happened to Barry's bounce?

Running for president 101: Making inroads with actual fucking American VOTERS at the supermarket is better than sucking off faggy, pro-terrorist Western European socialists.
