Except that A) Nothing in the report says that a rapper was part of the group that attacked and B) the rapper who was making a video wasn't even there when the attack occurred. Did you actually read the article, or even the part you quoted? The only person reported as having been shot was a bystander. Nothing about a rapper shooting (although there could have been, the attackers were not identified), nothing about a rapper being shot.
