Many years ago Barney Frank answered an ad that read "Tight buns+Large Endowment=Good Times" and ended up having some guy move in with him, who proceeded to set up a male prostitution ring in Frank's DC townhouse. Frank of course had "no knowledge" of all this.
He was sanctioned in the House. Probably 30 years later he's still there.
Why is Rangel going to be any different?

Could you imagine going through Frank's apartment with a blacklight? Would probably look like some science experiment gone horribly, horribly wrong.

Could you imagine going through Frank's apartment with a blacklight? Would probably look like some science experiment gone horribly, horribly wrong.

Some things I really wouldn't want to think about. Like being Barney Frank's toilet seat.
