iran has had elections and the asshole has been re-elected causing turmoil in the streets. So far the demonstrations are going peacefully but people have died. does the asshole have enough nerve to slaughter his own people in the streets? it has been done here, why not expect it there?
more concerning: fucking n korea...ever since being left out of the axis of evil they have simply been pissed...do they have a nuclear weapon aboard the ship headed for a nearness to hawai that we, as a country cannot allow. How far within striking distance will they come? or be allowed to come? if the worse happens and n korea attacks....how quickly are we prepared to respond? it is obvious that sanctions do not achieve their desired goals. nuke or missle.. we must not allow an another attack on that island or our soil..at a point when we are attacked by that piss ant in n korea...the us must rain hell down on them...we have no choice...imhp

good news: food prices are coming down...but bad news...gas is right back up...around her 2.67 or so. how are gas prices in your area?

you know i dont mind seeing it go to help people....no relieve them of all their responsiblities but help with houses. unfortunately it is the government promise of a bail out that has kept the private sector from kicking into action. how much lower can the private sector hold out?
even as house values have gone down...my insurance agent wanted me to up my replacement insurance....okay...i want to replace my house....and get this.....bit of trivia...both places on this property before we got it....were hit by lightening...and burn to the ground...so i am sensitive about that insurance talk.
renters should remember to have renters insurance to cover items inside the condo or house you are renting.
