He threatened a filibuster if the senate did not support your Sixth Amendments rights which were signed away by the NDAA bill.

Can you believe that 27 senators still voted against your constitutional right to a trial and wanted the president to have the power to detain you indefinitely for whatever reason like some terrorist in Gitmo?
