The myth that only Blacks are on welfare is woefully outdated. I personally think Chris Matthews is too brusque with his questioning for my liking, but he's in the wrong here. Don't like Priebus much either, but it's absolutely foolish to believe that when the GOP thinks welfare, they don't think Blacks.

So both sides are using the race card and neither of them are right about it. More misinformation and stereotypes from both sides of the political spectrum.
