Oh, that a lawsuit has been filed is absolutely true. Any idiot with a laser printer and $400 dollars can file such a lawsuit.

The FEC under Trump already reviewed the allegations and found them unworthy of any action. So 'Dan' decided to file a lawsuit in federal court to 'force' the FEC to take action against Hillary.

Which has predictably gone no where.
