Questions about Death Sentence

I'm in favor of the death penalty-but only when there's DNA evidence (nothing else is good enough in my opinion), there's no other probable cause, and only for 1st or 2nd degree murder.

The problem with the death penalty is that it's a punishment that cannot be reversed. Sitting in jail for many, many years when in reality someone's not actually guilty sucks-but at least the mistake can be (somewhat) corrected. Once you execute someone-there are no second chances.
