First question is what happens if a person has no taxable income and no health insurance, how does the government tax that person?
Second question is can a person get health insurance the day before the file and then drop it once they recieve their check to get around the tax for not having health insurance?
Third question and it's a "Tin Foil Hat" question. What's to stop our government from creating laws and taxes to control every aspect of the American Citizens lives now that it's been found constitutional for the government to charge a tax for not having something?
