Within the week we just had, have I broken any rules? I haven't received any warnings via PM or anything that I have broken any rules.

For about past two hours or so, I'm feeling that without knowing why I've been slowed down. I asked privately in PM to a moderator if this was so, and they haven't responded. This is why I make this unusal request in this section, because I'd like to know....has everyone slowed down for some technical reason or have I just been slowed down for reasons unknown to me.

Heavy-handed? We aren't semi-German, we Austrian's are ethnic German.
