What direction is that pressure on $15 when Pablo is willing to live with ten families in an apartment and is happy making $8/hr?

You're thinking of a bygone era when we didn't load them down with so many entitlements it wasn't worth their while to go home. And they used to pay taxes on a small portion of what they earned also - now they just work off the books no tax - mucho benefits a win win situation
