Okay. Bearing in mind that I sometimes find a screw driver complicated so keep it in plain English please, need advice:

When Hubby boots up his computer each morning, he gets a popup message on his screen that Windows cannot find:

C:\WINDOWS\eyasukinasule

He would like to not have that pop up.

What is this program?

How does he fix the problem?

He deleted something without removing it from the Start Up folder. This results in Windows trying to start a program that is not there, and thus the error message.

That program typically ends up on the computer after HEAVY porn surfing.

Believe me...I know.

LOL X.

Okay if we go with QW's theory, tell me again where to go to look at all the files on a computer.

I had the same problem, which is why I was a bit vague.

Try running CCleaner or another cleaning program and see if that fixes it.

yeah, CCleaner might fix it
but be careful when using it as it can remove cookies and security web files

Are you sure you spelled it correctly? It's 'eyasukinasule'?

CC doesn't remove anything that harms a thing. Who doesn't remove cookies when cleaning their computer.

And you can always set it to leave the cookies if you want them.
