Indeed. Names in the Subject line (of unknown contacts) are often tossed to the spam bucket. This way you will know what they mean but the filter will bypass it.

Actually i would pair a Zin with heavier meats. I love it with steak. A Syrah would work well too. For lighter fair and poultry i love a good Pinot.. Cardinalzin is a bonny doon wine.
