Good point - the reports were done months ago and the CIA had this information but were unable to corroborate it, so Obama decided not to pubish it in the interests of election fairness - unlike Trump Obama acts like a President should and doesnt shoot his mouth off every 5 minutes and make unfounded allegations / tell lies.
