He's explicitly talking about her "personal" emails. You remember, the ones she deleted with no oversight whatsoever that she claimed were not work related in any way? If that's all they are, Trump's guilty of nothing related to national security. If, however, you desperately want him to be guilty of something, anything, than you need to making the case that Hillary's "personal" emails weren't so personal at all, and she should never have been allowed to delete them with no oversight. Basically, you're stuck in a corner here. Better that you just give up and try to manufacture something else to be upset about.
