This aircraft virtually fly nonstop for years. It´s incredible!

Russian aviation carried out more than 30,000 sorties and inflicted about 100,000 air strikes (an average of three air strikes per combat sortie). For technical reasons, one Su-24 was lost (crashed on take-off, the crew was killed).

One star = one combat sortie.

And now US led coalition claims all the credit for the victory in Syria.

"The defeat of IS in Syria is first of all result of actions by the Syrian leadership and governmental forces," Russian Defence ministry said. "With support of the Russian Aerospace Force, the Syrian armed forces liberated from IS terrorists hundreds of settlements and returned under control of the legitimate leadership practically the entire territory of the country."

Over that time, the international coalition focused on counter-acting the Syrian governmental forces, including direct air strikes on their positions in Deir ez-Zor, the ministry said. Over three year of existence, the "coalition" only recently succeeded for the first time in fighting IS in Syria - when it delivered mass bombing of Raqqa and its civilians, the Defense Ministry said.

The only positive result of the international coalition actions in Syria is that it hasn’t destroyed the other cities of Syria with carpet bombings.
Russia bewildered at France’s statement on Syria

Actually, Russians were making more sorties per day than whole Coalition was making per month.

After President Putin visited Syria and President Assad he flew to Egypt to talk to Sisi about the construction of a Russian made nuclear powerplant, the resumption of Russian civilian flights to Egypt and possibly a draft about both countries allowing each other to use their airspace and airbases militarily. Putin then flew to Turkey to discuss Trump´s Jerusalem decision and the cooperation of both countries with Erdogan.
