see.. according to CBER ( The centre for business and economics research ) america put on the top list in the table as a country with the largest economy. the question is.. what can they do to other poorer countries? to make well-being in other nations too. the question is not if they could.. but they would?

Wise foriegn policy takes knowledge of your neighbors and you can get far more co operation with foreign countries by helping them along to a better functioning governmnet for their people than you can with cowboy swagger and bombs.
