"A CEO, a tea partier, and a liberal sat down at a table. There was a plate of a dozen cookies. The CEO took 11, then told the tea partier to watch out because the liberal wanted to take his cookie".

Who paid the bakers wages and bought the cookies?

He grabbed 11 cookies and hired a Tea Partier to monitor the crumbs.

Now that's Capitalism according to the Koch Brothers.

Based on a true story. ;)

if gingrich was president, he would veto such a bill........

Yep, he can steal it and he can charge it but he can't hand it out.
