"After this confrontation, Walker will no doubt want to soothe ruffled feathers, but he’s not about to have unions hold the legislative process and his agenda hostage. The outcome of an illegal strike is likely to be mass firings, combined with immediate decertification of the unions themselves, at least after a short period of time to reconsider. Walker will eventually have to follow Ronald Reagan’s example with PATCO to establish firmly that the people of Wisconsin, through their elected representatives, run the state of Wisconsin — and not union bosses or Barack Obama’s political organization."

"
Aniel said the group would make sure all emergency services would continue throughout the state.”What we have to do is to make sure all essential services to people are provided,” said Aniel. “Then we’ll determine what other entities deserve those services.”
"The unions will decide what services deserve to be provided to the people of Wisconsin, whose tax dollars go to funding the services. Not the people, not their elected representatives, but union bosses with no accountability.
"This is why public-sector strikes are illegal, and also why this fight is so important in determining who controls public policy."

Since when is it illegal in America to stand up for what you believe it? People, republicans want to silence you if you disagree with you. They should not be trusted.

When the state government is getting ready to abridge the rights of the citizens, the citizens have the right to take action. Such action, particularly in Wisconsin, is not criminal. If the law passes, then it will be. Nonetheless, the nation is going to get to watch nonviolent civil disobedience and the shutting down of non-essential government services. OK.

The Founders would be proud of the demonstrators for worker rights.

It's illegal to strike without cause and a vote of the rank-and-file.

It's illegal and unethical for doctors to hand out fake excuse forms.

It's illegal for any school personnel to remove students from the school premises without parental permission.

But I guess fraud, lying and general lawlessness are all good as long as the perps are leftists, huh?

Yeah, just ask former air traffic controllers who illegally struck.

First off, they aren't striking.

Second, you are allowed to use your sick days for whatever you want. Private sector workers do it all the time.

Third. Walker gets this through, they will vote to strike.

Then why are they getting fake doctor's notes? Oh, I can answer that.. because it is fraud to take sick days to protest. As for the "they do it too" argument... taxpayers aren't paying the salaries of private sector employees. Not a minor distinction bub.

Let them strike.

First off, they aren't striking.

Probably true, it would be very hard to call the protests a strike unless the prosecution could provide evidence of a union organized strike vote.

Second, you are allowed to use your sick days for whatever you want. Private sector workers do it all the time.

In general false. Sick days are for when you are too sick to show up at work and to perform the duties for which you are being compensated. Many employers require pre-approval for use of sick days (i.e. doctors appointments, surgery, etc...) or returning to work with a doctors certification of the illness.

Vacation says are taken for whatever you want.

Third. Walker gets this through, they will vote to strike.

It's a strike is illegal for public sector employees under Wisconsin law.

However, vacation days generally have to be pre-approved. Everyone can't take vacation at the same time.

You wouldn't know a socialist if you met one, and wherever you studied political and economic philosophy, you certainly did not master the craft. No, this is not an illegal strike, and you are not a judge. Go to, fellow.

What you wrote is not what you were trying to saying. However, since the rest of us can figure out, how about some proof.
