How telling.

Students segregated at lunch based on grades, attendance

Here's an idea for you: Let's segregate them in CLASS based on a combination of grades and IQ!

Then, everyone could learn at their own pace.

But we would have to live with the fact that the kids in the "dumb" classes will not have achieved as much by the end of the year.

And of course the various classes will be skewed to, "white" kids in the smart classes and "colored" kids in the dumb classes.
