I may have instigated the first flash mob back in high school (1972). On a Monday, I passed notes around study hall that on Friday everyone was to stop what they were doing and proceed to the booksheves at the corner of the library. To my surprise everyone, including the snooty nerds, complied.

Oh the power I felt!
