Prove it (or at least provide some evidence)!

Then at the very least, it's a straw man. Who ever said that it was "good" for America?

Many on the right on this board have said things to that effect. Many have defended unlimited ability of corporations to influence elections with money, and reacted with hostility to suggestions to change that situation. It is not a straw man.

6. Citizens United v. FEC is good for America.

Citizens United is too complex a case to distill down to just ‘good’ or ‘bad’ for America. There is no proof or evidence that the ruling was contrived to provide a partisan advantage. There is no proof or evidence that corporations can’t conduct themselves as responsible ‘citizens’ in the political process. And there is no proof or evidence that voters are unduly influenced by the type of political advertising now allowed by the ruling, as it’s ultimately the voters’ responsibility to be knowledgeable as to how they vote.

[Same-sex marriage is a] State issue.

Incorrect.

Neither the states nor the voters of a given state may determine who will or will not have access to his rights. The 14th Amendment guarantees every citizen equal access to the laws, in this case marriage laws.

well we obviously disagree, although I do not understand your take on #5. Where is marriage in the constitution? It's not there.

Incorrect. It’s found here: Skinner v. Oklahoma (1942) and Loving v. Virginia (1967). Indeed, marriage is a fundamental right.
Thus, the 10th amendment picks up the slack IF people deem it an issue which has happened.

This makes no sense.

Again, the 14th Amendment prohibits the singling out of a particular group of people to be disallowed access to a given law others have access to. See Romer v. Evans (1996).

The Tenth Amendment doesn’t apply because state laws are subject to the Constitution and laws passed by Congress:

From the beginning and for many years, the [Tenth A]mendment has been construed as not depriving the national government of authority to resort to all means for the exercise of a granted power which are appropriate and plainly adapted to the permitted end.

1. Repealing the Bush Tax cuts and making Billionaires and Millionaires pay more in tax will kill jobs.

2, Millionaires and Billionaires create jobs (name them and describe the jobs)

3. Only the private sector creates jobs.

4. Shrinking government will jump start our economy (explain how adding thousands to the unemployment roles will benefit commerce, small business and the real estate market).

Since even liberal economists like Christina Romer have come out and stated that raising taxes on anyone in a weak economy isn't a good idea do we really have to repeatedly have this discussion? The REASON Obama and the Blue Dog Democrats voted to extend the Bush Tax Cuts was that they knew very well that letting them expire would bring our fragile economic recovery to a grinding halt.
Bullshit!!!

That was the deal Obama had to cut (with Republicans), to get Unemployment extended.

Quit trying to rewrite the Facts.

I move that this be stricken from the record as immaterial. It does not matter if the ruling is good. What matters is that the ruling upholds the laws and constitution. If there is a problem within our law as it currently exists, then it is the job of the legislature to change statutes and propose amendments to the constitution to make the laws work better for America.

Objection noted and overruled. Five of Nine members ruled in favor of the top 1%, for if money influences elections (and only liars or fools believe otherwise) then the Supreme Court's decision unleveled the playing field.

Justice Steven's wrote in his dissent, "At bottom, the Court's opinion is thus a rejection of the common sense of the American people, who have recognized a need to prevent corporations from undermining self government since the founding, and who have fought against the distinctive corrupting potential of corporate electioneering since the days of Theodore Roosevelt. It is a strange time to repudiate that common sense. While American democracy is imperfect, few outside the majority of this Court would have thought its flaws included a dearth of corporate money in politics."

Well, we've seen a number of opinions on these items, but not a shread of evidence to prove these conclusions (below, 1 -4) are anything more than opinions based on premises which may or not be true, but are taken by the conservative proponents as universal truths.

The left has been demanding that the Bush tax cuts expire...Well they are. Then what? The only thing it fixes is a government that craves spending.
Millionaires and billionaires create jobs....That is impossible and to prove it I will quit my job and try to get one from the guy who stands outside a bagel store by me that always begs for money....
The Libs want us to think poor people create jobs...I bet it's gonna be easier to prove that millionaires and billionaires create more jobs then poor people Only the. private sector creates jobs Well the government can hire people but those salaries are paid for by money taken from taxpayers. It's just moving money from one pile to another.Shrinking government Well let's just keep spending taxpayers money to grow government that doesn't create or produce anything with money we don't have...Let's have a federal babysitting department like Princess Nancy wants..Gays and Rachel Maddow types getting married...I don't care. And like wise for item # 6.....

You've got the cart before the horse, Shaman. Obama couldn't get the Blue Dog Democrats to go along with letting the Bush tax cuts expire because they knew doing so would harm the economic recovery. Extending unemployment was the deal Republicans agreed to so that Obama could try and sell extending the cuts to the liberal left of the Democratic Party.

"The Libs want us to think poor people create jobs...". Yeah, sure. "The Libs" exist only in your imagination, one which seems to be limited to two dimensions and black and white.

The private sector takes money from the tax payer too. I put my money in a bank, the bank pays me less than 1% for my loan to them, and the bank loans my money to small businessmen and women - few if any are billionaires - at a higher rate of interest. If the bank fails, the taxpayer covers the loss; it the small business fails, the bank profits.

for if money influences elections (and only liars or fools believe otherwise) then the Supreme Court's decision unleveled the playing field.

Irrelevant. The court's job is not to decide cases based on what is "good" for America. Nobody has claimed the ruling is "good" for America. It's simply the law of America.

1) Millionaires and Billionaires create jobs (name them and describe the jobs)
Created millionaires..
Created taxable income...

A) Bill Gates - Microsoft.. Employees 92,000 (November 2011)
The ensuing rise of stock in the company's 1986 initial public offering (IPO) made an estimated three billionaires and 12,000 millionaires from Microsoft employees

B) Steve Jobs Apple As of September 2010[update], Apple had 46,600 full time employees and 2,800 temporary full time employees worldwide
When Apple went public, it generated more capital than any IPO since Ford Motor Company in 1956 and instantly created more millionaires (about 300) than any company in history

C) Bill Hewlett and Dave Packard Hewlett-Packard - Employees 324,600

All of the above are millionaire/billionaires that create JOBS!

To number one;

Why do you think a government with revenue would gain revenue by lowering their revenue?

Why don't we ask a better question; How many more than this number are they employing outside our country?

My guess would be many times the number shown here.

Well stated. Not all are fools, most are simply too lazy to examine/evaluate the propaganda they accept as immutable truth. Pitiful may be more accurate.

As usual, you are misstating the arguments so you can defeat your straw man.
1. Increasing the tax on "the rich" is a dodge to avoid reducing spending and controlling costs. Do we really need 56 different Federal Programs to teach Americans good money management? A little like Micheal Moore teaching diet planning, is it not?
2. Virtually every job in America.
3. Not jobs, wealth. Any government job is drain on the public treasure. Any private Sector job feeds the public treasure through taxation.
4. Shrinking government to a point of rationality is good for the whole. Do we really need 200 military bases on foreign soil?
5. I could not care less about who is marrying whom or if they are same or different gender. If you oppose gay sex, you should favor same sex marriage as the sex soon ends and the couple is soon not a practicing gay sex couple anymore. problem solved.
6. You oppose the First Amendment?
