The problem isn't race, it's economics. A higher percentage of blacks are poor, therefore a higher percentage of them resort to crime. Now we need to figure out why such a high percentage of blacks are poor. IMO it has to do with a 70% illegitimacy rate. In fact I bet that has a lot to do with the crime stats too. Let's face it, in general, on every level, kids raised with two parents in the home do better than kids raised with one parent in the home.
