You can already do that with the female "escorts" they have in this country, I was curious and before my deployment to Kuwait I called one of these services from my hotel room, its $150 for the "escort" to go your hotel room, it costs more once she gets there. Presuming the above is sarcastic critique you should know that legalizing prostitution does contribute significantly to reducing STD.

Prostitution was extremely common in Japan and Okinawa in the 1950s. It was controlled and monitored by Occupation Command. The girls who worked in the brothel bars were scrupulously clean, as were their rooms. They were tested for VD once a week and issued a certificate which was displayed on the walls of their rooms. Although patronizing prostitutes was the primary recreational activity for the American troops stationed in the Far East the VD rate was kept at a minimum.

Criminalizing prostitution does not eliminate the practice or its patronage. It simply drives it underground -- where VD flourishes.
