for the Impeachment trial:

House Managers: Why was Bolton NOT subpoenaed by the House Judicial or Intelligence committees?

If everything the whistleblower stated has been backed up by other sources, would you agree to call him as a witness for this trial?

Feel free to add your own.

Bolton's attorney Charles Cooper is currently entangled with the House in court over whether another client of his, Charles Kupperman, must testify before the House. The White House blocked Kupperman, Trump's former deputy national security adviser, with similar reasons it used for preventing testimony from former White House counsel Don McGahn and other top White House officials.
House did not subpoena John Bolton after his attorney threatened to go to court - CNNPolitics

There is no reason to out the whistleblower, as we have a memo of the call and many testimonies as well.

Why didn't the House hold a vote to conduct an inquiry rather than make it a secret deal in the committees?

Why did the house deny President Trump his rights to Due Process?

If the house was in such a hurry to impeach the President, then why did they sit on the Articles of Impeachment for a month after it passed the house?

Why didn't they challenge the President's claims for executive privilege in Court?

Q1: Asked and answered. Bolton's Chief Aid was subpoenaed and sued in court, thus the committee chairs decided to subpoena Bolton would take too long.

Q2:

Whistleblower Protection Act (WPA)
The Whistleblower Protection Act (WPA) protects Federal employees and applicants for employment who lawfully disclose information they reasonably believe evidences:

  • a violation of law, rule, or regulation;
  • gross mismanagement;
  • a gross waste of funds;
  • an abuse of authority;
  • or a substantial and specific danger to public health or safety.
Under the WPA, certain federal employees may not take or fail to take, or threaten to take or fail to take; any personnel action against an employee or applicant for employment because of the employee or applicant’s protected whistleblowing. See 5 U.S.C. § 2302(b)(8).

Where is your direct and unambiguous evidence of intent that the aid hold was political?

They didn't.
Why didn't they challenge the President's claims for executive privilege in Court?
You know why, they are still waiting on the courts to decide McGahn's case, it started in April 2019 and already one court said he could testify in Nov, so tramp's lawyers appealed it.
Tramp will appeal the cases all the way to the SC. It can take months, and it is urgent considering Tramp's attempt to cheat in the upcoming election.
