So... Democrats knocking down the statues of other Democrats...

Those who don't know them might think that Democrat party had a moment of true self recognition of their own past, and for the first time in history admit that they were the party of slavery, KKK, Jim Crow, segregation, and by knocking down the monuments trying to apologize for blocking civil rights for a century before it was passed, and also show how much they're ashamed of their own history, and who the Democrats really were in the past.

Of course, that is not the case. What they're actually doing is effort to take the things they did in the past and project the blame and responsibility on someone else, anybody but them, because it was never their fault.
