Lately we've heard an aweful lot of whining from the right about how 50% of the population does not pay income tax (actually they usually say not any tax at all, but when told the poor do in fact pay taxes other than income tax, they say well that's what I meant and you know it)
It seems the middle and upper class right wingers envy the tax advantages received by the poor.
He's a simple solution. Allow taxpayers to swap financial positions!
It would work like this. Say you bring in 150k a year and you are tired of paying thousands and thousands in federal tax every year. You would have the opportunity to find a poor person that pays little or no tax, and swap financial positions with them. They would pay your taxes and you would pay theirs (which is likely none or maybe even negative), they would receive your income and you would receive theirs.
Its a pretty simple solution, and very practical, as I'm sure there are plenty of people making shit for money who pay no taxes willing to trade places with the better off.
