The universe exists.

The universe did not cause itself to exist.

Something, outside the universe, caused the universe to exist.

That something else is called God.

"I refuse to prove that I exist," says God, "for proof denies faith, and without faith I am nothing."

"But," says Man, "the existence of the Universe proves you exist. It could not have evolved by chance. It proves that You exist, and so therefore, by Your own arguments, You don't. QED."

"Oh dear," says God, "I hadn't thought of that," and promptly vanishes in a puff of logic.

I agree with you even as I pop some popcorn and crack open a cold one. Duck! Incoming!

I have no problem with there being a God. It's religion I have problem with.

* causing is not creating that must have been something outside the outside.

- besides until you bury your book of forgeries, the christian bible, you will always be a tramp.

The existence of God can be neither proven, nor disproven.

Deal with it and enjoy your life one way or the other.

The universe exists but your conclusions are completely unsupported. You're just making up stuff and will convince no one of anything, excepting maybe yourself.

Thats not proof of anything, as you have not and could not establish your premises as "always true". Please use the proper nomenclature: that is an ARGUMENT for god. And a pretty lame one at that.

The universal can't exist unless goD created it?

But if things can't exist unless they are created by someone/something where do goD come from?

What is this god's name? Is it Yahweh, Allah, Zues, Baal or any of the other gods we know?

This is proof of God.

I am not trying to prove anything else but the existence of God.

For the purpose of the argument it is irrelevant what you call God.

Great book, but he screwed himself with 42.

14 generations from Adam to Moses.

14 generations from Moses to David.

14 generations from David to Jesus.

When Moses asked him who he should tell his people his name is, God replied with tell them I Am.

Ergo God is existence.

The only solution to the first cause conundrum is something which is eternal and unchanging.
