A University of North Carolina at Asheville professor was charged with one count of removing a political sign, the Citizen Times reported, after the man who put up the Republican “drain the swamp” signs said he caught her in the act.

How about the history of slavery, Jim Crow, and racial lynching? How about the history of women struggling to attain the vote and being force-fed in the Occuquan jail for their efforts to open up democracy for all? How about the forced march of the Cherokee?

Why, there is some nitwit on USMB who keeps talking about "unelected judges," totally unaware of the Article III of the U.S. Constitution.

Article III establishes a judicial branch. It does not, however, empower that branch to create legislation. The U.S. Constitution is very clear that only the legislative branch can do that. You wing-nuts choose to ignore that reality.
