Later, the same piece was heavily edited to remove any language that weakened the arguments against Kavanaugh, and the original version was nowhere to be found.
This is what they do in all of their stories. They make stuff up.The Houston Chronicle has decided to retract eight bogus stories written by a former reporter. The decision came after an internal investigation found that the reporter apparently made up sources and quoted them in his stories.
