PRIVATE HEALTH CARE CONTROLS

Private health care controls every aspect of your health care.

It controls which doctors you can see from a list provided by the health care provider.
It controls which hospital you can go to for care depending on the area you live in.
It may not approve out of state claims.
You must have prior authorization to see Specialist of their choice or depending on if the doctor takes the insurance.
If you change jobs, you must change you health care provider depending on your employer.
If you have a major illness or lose your jobs, you will lose you health care coverage.

If you like this kind of control, keep it.

Health care can be fixed in the private sector.

1. Tort reform- 85% of physicians practise defensive medicine, driving up costs.
2. Open competition in the states- there is no reason we can't shop for health care insurance the same way we do car insurance.
3. Everyone who does not have insurance be required to purchase a major medical, high deductable policy to cover catastrophic losses. The poor can be assisted with this cost.
4. Health savings plans- pre-tax dollars used for expenses not covered by their major medical plans-if they don't use up all the money in a one year period, they can keep if for themselves and do with it what they want.

There is your answer, it is in HR 3400.

The government resume.
Social security- bankrupt
Medicare- bankrupt
Medicaid- bankrupt.
Postal Service- bankrupt.

You are telling me that government could run 6 % of our economy, the proof is in the resume. NO THANK YOU.

Once the government has a strong hold on your health care and they screw you up royally, you CAN NOT SUE THEM. They will not be held liable, they never have been and never will be.

Private Insurance you can sue, even with tort reform.
