So....a young person, as listed in the article, being 16-24 years old who is unemployed. Start a business?

With what money? Oh, get a loan? From what bank? They aren't loaning shit anymore. Get a job and save the money? Ok. Where? Huge corporations aren't hiring. Sitting on stockpiles of cash, gaining profits, but not hiring.
