Interestingly enough, several presidents who lowered taxes for the rich, installed protective tariffs, and restricted immigration, appear at the bottom of the list. Fans of Buchanan are grateful for this revised ranking!

It has him an #43 which, if they use the usual erroneous method of counting Grover Cleveland as two different people, would put him second from last.
