Dem's entire argument for obstruction of congress was based on the Trump administration refusing to comply with the subpoenas. Trump's legal team obliterated that today, proving the subpoenas were INVALID.

The Dem House committee did not have the authority to issue the subpoenas, the U.S. Constitution says so. So does 200+ years of legal precedent and all previous impeachments.

Such authority can only be granted by a full vote of the House. Also Pelosi cannot wave a magic wand and grant a committee this authority either, she doesn't have the authority to ignore the U.S. Constitution and its required full House vote. In fact Pelosi shut up you stupid bitch.
