Tell me what parts of the Constitution this violated. A President is always on firmer ground when it involves foreign policy. Trump's executive order violates the powers SPECIFICALLY enumerated to Congress. The power of the purse.

Dealing with Illegals from Mexico, Guatemala is foreign policy. Trump's emergency declaration will stand. The wall will be built.

The wall will not be built. It directly contradicts the Constitution which gives the Congress the power pf the purse.

The president is the commander in Chief. As such, he has authority to determine how large chunks of the military budget are spent. All you turds whining about Trump's state of emergency had no problem with Obama handing over $150 billion to Iran.

We all knew conservatives are really fascists . And we now see it with their support of Czar Trump.
