a) The Dems really care about the troops and the illegal war (and all the other rhetoric) and are ready and willing to do the right thing and get the troops out of Iraq because it's what they truly believe should be done.

b) The Dems are just blowing smoke and being their usual hypocritical selves to gain some sort of political advantage?

Veto or not, you would think the Dems would at least try...rather than settle for some "non-bindiong resolution" bullcrap.

I'm sure you say that with only the best interests of the Democratic party in mind.

The party that hasn't even TRIED to pass any of the legislation they promised to if elected? The party that every insists was voted in to impeach Bush? I used to be "patriotic"...until the citizens of this country lost their spine; until this country decided that moral relativism and political correctness was more important than doing the right thing and until those same citizens decided that the United States of America was far more evil than those that seek to destroy it.

Have you lived in so many other places to KNOW of what you speak? I havent seen that any socialist state have a MAJORITY not working while a minority support this fictional non-working majority...please feel free to actually back that up with somthing concrete to bolster your points credibility.

LOL, have you ANY clue how our Government works? Not only can Congress "cut funds" they can further stipulate that no money be spent on certain things, including a war in Iraq. Congress controls the purse strings. The president has no independent means to raise money and VERY little means to "transfer" funds.

You sure have jumped to a lot of erroneous conclusions about that party, and why it was vote in. I just wish they HAD chosen to impeach. They didn't.
