Actually, no they don't. If a law is passed by Congress, then Congress has to be the one to revoke it.

If something is done by EO, it can be reversed by an incoming president if they don't like what was done. Trump reversing Obama's EO's is a prime example of how they don't have the force of law.

You know, I watched him give that speech to the firefighters in Florida, and not once during that speech did he say he was "joking". If he actually said he was joking about passing the most bills since Truman, then you should have no problem posting a link to prove he said he was "joking" about passing the most legislation.
