    honestly, i think this is proof that alot has changed since 911.

    After 911 we didn't have liberals immediately attacking the President. We had a unified effort for atleast a few months. There have been attacks from day one on this.

    After 911 people were grateful that they were still alive. I see too many people ungrateful for being alive and ungrateful for the assistance people have been giving.

    After 911 we had leadership, here it seems to be a severe lack of leadership.

    Seriously, I think things may have gotten worse since 911.

    In New York there was also a major blackout after there was 9/11. The population kept their cool for both events. The difference here is the population and the extent of corruption at the local level. There's not a straight comparison between NYC and NO because evidently the people in New York are better.
