Predictions for the 2020 election

No those aren’t facts they are opinions and they sound very much like the opinions we hear from CNN and MSNBC not an independent.

I agree.

I'm a registered Independent and I predict Trump will win. The economy is booming, UE is the lowest its been in 50 years and there are jobs all across the country.

Voters like a great economy and jobs.

The Dems only have nut jobs running and I don't see any of them beating Trump. .

THOUGHTS FROM AN INDEPENDENT

YES...it's early folks, but I think the dye has been cast on the 2020 election, and here it is:

* The Democrats will win back the White House: Sorry Trump supporters...you can yell "deep state" "socialism" "open borders" "soft on crime" and all the other slick stuff you hear on FOX and friends, but it's not going to be enough. Donald Trump's erratic behavior, womanizing, name calling, and sucking up to every murderous dictator on the planet is not what most Americans want for a President. (and we're still waiting for MEXICO to pay for that wall!)

* The Democrats will win back the Senate: It's going to be close, district gerrymandering will help the GOP Senators up to a point, but there is just too much pent up anger with this "do nothing" group to save them.

* Donald Trump and his family will face some very ugly legal realities once he leaves office: With no executive privilege, pardons, or directives regarding inditing a sitting president to hide behind, the Trump family's legal woes will dog them for many years to come.

Trump could have salvaged a 2nd term, but he has lied a bit too much, didn't deliver those manufacturing jobs, made too many political enemies, has been unable to maintain a stable staff, and made no attempt to reach out to those independent and swing voters who decide elections.

The Democrats won't have to be at their best to win this time around, Trump has made it too easy for them.
Another BLUE wave is coming...

Those are the facts Jack. Just the facts!

Tell me, you STUPID FUCK....

How do you Gerrymander a Senate Seat???

Honestly, Democrats are going to have a very difficult time winning the White House, because they are so damn stupid when it comes to politics. Democrats have a magical ability to lose a sure thing. They've been doing it for decades, and they're continuing on that very same path today. The current circus of 25 candidates is embarrassing. And for all their complaints about undignified behavior, they're doing the same thing. Just like Clinton in 2016, Democrats are repeating the same mistake of believing all you need to win is to be present and not-Donald Trump.

I agree, the Dems only hope is someone that nobody is even talking about now coming off the sidelines and getting into the race.

Eh, maybe. Maybe after at least 20 of the current candidates drop out early on. At this point, the solution is not to add more candidates. Every new candidate that enters the Dems primary makes the lot of them look all the more pathetic.

Dems need to generate enough outrage against Trump to get out the vote

Because that worked so well for Republicans in 1996, or Democrats in 2004, or Republicans in 2012? See, this is exactly what I'm talking about. Democrats are so stupid they keep finding ways to apply doomed strategies to what should be easy victories.

Worked in 2018
Dems got out the vote and won by 9 million votes

You're like a gambling addict who keeps losing on A,10 over and over and over. Can't get that ONE TIME out of your mind where you won a big pot on a runner, runner. So now, you keep making bad bets over and over again.

I look at it more like Trump filled an inside straight in poker and expects to do it again

Depends on who it is. It would need to be a wildcard like Trump was, it cannot be an established Dem.
