My boy is practicing scales on his current instrument that he will play in band next year.

The apartment upstairs is empty.

Oh you poor thing.

I just got a piano. My kids practice piano (and it's a loud one) off and on all day. As does every kid that comes in the house. I've heard Old MacDonald and Twinkle Twinkle Little Star in every single key backwards and forwards about a million times.

I love it though. I wouldn't allow them to practice their violins this winter. Next winter they will, they have a better grasp of what they're doing and are less likely to use the bows to thwack each other.

Give a kid something to hit another kid with, and soon there will be cries of "(s)he did it first!"

I was thinking of getting the kids Kendo lessons back when I had them.

My wife won't let me practice on my Jew's Harp in the house either. She has no taste in good music.

He is practicing now.

He is playing "Twinkle twinkle little star"

This sounds

<checking thesaurus>

truly amazing when played on the tuba.
