Controlling breeding is limiting breeding. It isn't necessarily forcing anyone to do anything. It's encouraging them to limit their breeding, and providing them with the tools to do so. Which is EXACTLY what the Nazis did to the Poles. I'm not failing anything. Your ridiculous insistence that PP isn't practicing eugenics because they aren't FORCING anyone to do anything is a fail. FORCE is not a part of the definition of eugenics.
