A new study by Evan Mills of the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory finds that indoor Cannabis production has a very large carbon footprint. They contaminate soil, pollute the ground water, pollute the air, create major toxic waste, increase land fills, increase our nations dependence on foreign oil/wars & destroy the community. Don't the fields of marijuana raise the temperature also? I was told that police can find large crops of marijuana with infrared cameras (the plant grows hotter, than other plants). Oh no, if that joint gets smoked, it will contribute to the destruction of the planet. Is anyone watching?

Some of the grow ops in the woods, can be damaging to the environment around them. Which is another reason why it should be legalized. They would not have to go hide in the woods.
