When people talk about the blacks having a lower IQ of other races, obviously we are talking about averages. That doesnt mean you dont have a few higher IQ blacks. And on average the blacks have a way lower IQ than other races.
I suppose its a lot like Grizzly bears. The other day on The Discovory Channel, I saw a guy playing with a grizzly bear. The bear was obviously friendly and tame. So logic dictates that there are probably a few nice and tame bears out there. However, the AVERAGE grizzly bear is vicious and would most likely kill you, so its probably best to lump all grizzly bears together and treat them all the same.

Maat wont answer. But I will give you my professional opinion. It seems those young black kids are about 4 years old. So I think that behavour is due to their 2 year crack cocaine addiction.

BTW, nominees for Nobel Prizes arent named. that's one. Physics Nobels arent given out for explaining God. that's two. I really dont have the heart to go on.

Why don't you find a publishing PhD with a tenured professorship to point out that many blacks are indeed very smart? when you highlight quacks it just makes the situation worse.

i'm not saying that Dr. Oyibo couldn't possibly be wrong, but i find it to be very interesting that of the 200+ results that there were for "oyibo disproved" none of them were scholarly, or even attempted a mathematical explanation of his error.

even more interesting, many of the Oyibo detracting articles claim to have links to "a number of exposes" written to prove Oyibo's discovery a fraud. . . . .not one of the ones that i clicked on, worked
