Poor Christie, latest GObP pariah

Christie?s Post-Hurricane Embrace of Obama Outrages Many in G.O.P. - NYTimes.com

On Nov. 3, Mr. Christie called Rupert Murdoch, the influential News Corporation chief and would-be kingmaker, who had warned in a biting post on Twitter that the governor might be responsible for Mr. Obama’s re-election.

Mr. Christie told Mr. Murdoch that amid the devastation, New Jersey needed friends, no matter their political party, according to people briefed on the discussion. But Mr. Murdoch was blunt: Mr. Christie risked looking like a spoiler unless he publicly affirmed his support for Mitt Romney, something the governor did the next day.

Right after the storm, Christie was right back to R ass kissing but looks like the GObP/Rs might not forgive him for his non-partisan lapse.

OTOH, as we've seen throughout the Clown Car Candidate's messy campaigning, rw's have very short memories. And, they'll get in bed with anybody.

go ahead and tell us how Democrats are different so some of us can laugh at your Far Left Bullshit.....

Well, I have a great deal more respect for Christie now than I did before Sandy. Really didn't know much about him, other than some 'Conservatives' were swooning over him. But in a bad situation, he demonstrated leadership and grace. The day after the storm, when he had stayed up almost all night and was on the verge of falling over from fatigue, I was definately impressed by him. I need to know more of his political philosophy, but as of now, he has shown leadership that I beleive qualifies him to be considered for a nomination for President.

I agree. I just wonder though ....

McCain used to be a guy who would tell Democrats or Republicans to step off when he thought they were wrong. He would vote for what he thought the right answer was no matter which side of the aisle it came from. That's what catapulted him into public favor and made him an attractive candidate. But he spent 8 years kissing the far right's butt in order to get the nomination. So he was just a cruel joke compared to the man he used to be.

Romney - same deal. He implemented Obamacare in his state - and then had to spend eight years recanting it and kissing far right butt before they would give HIM the nomination. By then, no one knew what the heck he stood for anymore - if anything.

I'd hate to see them do the same thing to Christie.

You fool.

MCain had a hard on for Bush and made sure he nailed
him. Every chance he got. Don't you understand politics>

Well I'm sure we all give a fuck about your opinion of Christie and his handling of Sandy and its impact on his State.

Another lame thread brought to you my luddly. LOL

Christie seems to care quite a bit about his state. The douche bags here seem to want to throw him under the bus for thanking those Federal oganizations that are helping.

I was impressed that he cared more about his job than about the party line.

Good for him. Too bad other pubpots don't actually do their job instead of filibustering and obstructing.
you will be calling him Fat Boy again just like you always have......your not fooling anyone.....

Christie has broken the cardinal rule for Republicans

"Thou shall not be bipartisan"

Why not try posting something that actually adds somethijng to the conversation every now and then? not just lame personal insults?

Christie is toast.

not in his state he isn't.

and not among smart conservatives.

and moderates and independents will vote for him.

only wingers would have issues with him.

Christie is immensely popular in NJ. His Hurricane Sandy position of "I don't care about politics, I only want to help these people" will ring true with all voters

Who cares what the Republicans think?
