Will polygamy ever be legal in America?

Should polygamy be a reason to deny someone permission to immigrate to America? Do they have to be willing to break up their family to immigrate? What if they're refugees from some horror ... should they have to choose between death and dissolution of their marriages?

People live together now. It's just not recognized nor protected by laws.

Do people engaging in polyandry behavior have orgies?

Polygamy is already here, it is rampant among the mormons and others in Utah, immigrants are not the only ones doing it. Plus, one of the women I was messin with in California says she was the second wife of some big shot in Los Angeles, this guy had alot of money and wanted 2 wives, his original wife who he was legally married to was ok with it and he moved that other chick in their house as his second wife/play thing, but he didn't legally marry her through the courts. I have a feeling there are alot of people out there doing this, as long as they don't file anything legally nobody can stop them.

Do people engaging in polyandry behavior have orgies?

Why wouldn't they if they're all married?

It actually depends, Mormons and Muslims allow you to have multiple wives however you are not supposed to have orgies and three ways with them, in fact in Islam you are supposed to provide a separate house for each wife.

Will it ever be recognized and protected by law here? For example, to protect the future security of the women and children involved if the husband dies.

If a polygamous husband sets up his will so that all his wives inherit equally, what would be the likelihood that the first/legal wife could contest the will successfully?

If someone's entire estate goes to the govrernment when they die there's nothing to inherit except some minor personal possessions. Then the government puts the wives and children on the dole.

I drove for an escort service for a few months and many of the girls that did that said they where way to shy to strip for living instead....

What are saying? Your phrasing makes no sense.

The Mormon Church kicks anyone out that marries more then one woman at a time. So I suggest you learn facts before you spot off about something you know nothing of.

The Mormon Church banned multiple marriages in the early 1890's. They grandfathered those that were already married to more then one woman but from that date oin any member that had multiply wives was excommunicated.

Facts are such tough things to just ignore.

You are correct that the official Mormon church discommunicates members that take more than one wife, however there are still tens of thousands of people who are members of various splinter groups who still practice polygamy.

The public practice of polygamy by the church was terminated in 1890 by the Manifesto issued by church President Willford Woodruff in which he publicly declared “that my advice to the Latter-day Saints is to refrain from contracting any marriages forbidden by the law of the land."[2] Today, over 14 million members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the Mormons) are strictly monogamist, and members who are known to practice polygamy are excommunicated. Still, the practice of plural marriage continues among tens of thousands of members of various fundamentalist splinter groups long disassociated from the main body of the church, such as the Apostolic United Brethren (AUB) or the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (FLDS). These polygamist sects are generally located in Utah, Arizona, Texas, and other parts of the Western United States, Canada, and Mexico. Even though polygamy is generally illegal in all 50 states and in all three countries, practitioners are almost never prosecuted unless there is evidence of abuse, statutory rape, welfare fraud, or tax evasion.

Claiming the "splinter groups" are Mormons as you have done 3 times now is the same as claiming that Baptists are Catholics cause they original split from them and use the same Books and basic beliefs.
