She's the Democrat who won the special election in New York's 26th district, a strongly Republican district;

she won it by running against her opponent's support for Paul Ryan's budget, and his plan to end Medicare.

Keep that in mind while you conservatives are wondering why Ryan, Romney, and the GOP in general seem to be so keen to muddy the waters over Medicare.

50% tarp that GWB was not going to use, 1/2009

No. Ryan and Romney are pretending they no longer support Ryan's radical plan to end Medicare because they both know, along with many Republicans,

that they are unelectable if the election is a referendum on Ryan's real plan for Medicare.

Well yes, the race in very close in most of the tossup states, including the only one that Romney leads in. He has just a 1% lead, the same lead that Obama has in 4 of those states.

So, the President is at 237, has good leads in three states, New Hampshire, Nevada, and Wisconsin. That puts him at 257. If he wins in Virginia, Ohio, or Florida, he wins. Were he to win in just Colorado and Iowa, he wins.

Romney has to total 79 in the tossup states.
