Polls and History Say Obama/Democrats To Blame For Economy

Yea, that obama is a real piece of work, he needs to to fade away like a fart in the wind.

revisionism is so funny. :cuckoo:[/QUOTE]

I don't see how it's revisionism, Fannie and Freddie have always been said to be at fault.

Republicans go on endlessly about Obama's "failed record". If any Republican President since Eisenhower had half the record of Obama, they would be crowing their "fantastic achievement". Every single "failure" of Obama can be laid right at the feet of the Confederate Conservative right wing Republican Filibuster Party of Teanuts.

Obama's biggest successes have been when Republicans can't interfere. Getting 20 billion from BP (for which Republicans apologized - TO BP), taking out Bin Laden (after Republicans let him go), saving the auto industry (after Republicans said "let it die" - they seem to say that a lot).

This is an interesting article. It talks of recent polls as well as the history of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. It makes a pretty convincing argument that Obama and Dems are to blame for financial collapse.

you'll need the Heavy Duty Democrat Context Filter to make that one go away!

I'm glad you agree with the statement.

“We own the economy. We own the beginning of the turnaround and we want to make sure that we continue that pace of recovery, not go back to the policies of the past under the Bush administration that put us in the ditch in the first place,” Wasserman Schultz told Mike Allen at POLITICO’s ‘Playbook Breakfast.’
