No president can do it alone. He could get the ball rolling by dealing with congress. Congress is divided by race. That sends a signal to the whole Country. Congress needs to desegregate. The black caucus, Hispanic caucas, Asian Pacific American Caucus do by their existance, divide the Country by race. Congress should work to do what is best for the people of the Country regardless of race. They should lead by example. Until they get past the race division, the Country will not either.
