Election is today---who will win?
This was a solid district for the Republicans...now a chance for the Dems to steal:

"A new poll from Monmouth University shows that Democrat Conor Lamb has taken a lead over Republican Rick Saccone in the special election for Pennsylvania's 18th Congressional District.

According to a release about the poll, Lamb holds a 51 percent to 45 percent lead over Saccone if voter turnout is consistent with past special election voter patterns.

Last month, Saccone held a lead in all models.

The poll also found that voters are divided on whether steel tariffs that were recently announced by President Donald Trump will help or hurt the economy, but most said it will not influence their vote in the special election."

Well, all polls are now obsolete. It's Election Day.

Two significant facts about this election: It is a Special Election, hence the winner will only hold office until the end of the year. Second, the 18th District will cease to exist as it currently does, due to redistricting (one way or another). Third, the Democrat candidate has been chosen, and is running, as the Anti-Democrat. He scorns Nancy Pelosi. He promises not to vote in lockstep with the remainder of the Democrat caucus. He never mentions ACA ("Obamacare"), immigration, abortion, the Republican tax cut, or any other issue for which the Democrats are known promoters in recent years.

So if Democrats must hide who they really are in order to get elected, what does that tell you?

I want Rick Saccone to win and will be voting for him within the hour. But the headlines stating that this election is a "referendum on Donald Trump and his policies" are - shall we say - delusional. Two individuals running, one of them a fraud. Doesn't mean a whole lot either way.

I'm sure the Democrats will be busing in non-residents to try to change the vote.
Go for it.

Dems are terrified of a recount; many voting irregularities in Dem precincts. Is anyone surprised?
