More people are getting their news about the upcoming election from cable television than any other source, and from Fox News more than any other cable channel, according to a POLITICO/George Washington University Battleground Poll released Monday.

The poll found that 81 percent of those polled get their news about the midterm elections from cable channels, like Fox News, CNN, MSNBC, or their websites, compared with 71 percent from national network news channels, such as ABC, NBC or CBS, and their websites.

Among cable news channels, Fox was the clear winner, with 42 percent of respondents saying it is their main source, compared with 30 percent who cited CNN and 12 percent who rely on MSNBC.

Stephanie, anyone reading your posts understands you're stupid. Not simply willfully ignorant, but truly stupid.
Ms. Madow is the exact opposite, she is very, very smart, well educated and well spoken. You are dumb, but even you must know you're dumb.
I suspect you're too stupid to know how truly dumb you are.
You are so dumb, you 'think' crusaderfrank is smart. That is really very very dumb.

Ahh the, "you are dumb, dumb dumb dumb" argument.

Quality debating skills there.

this shocks me, seriously. maybe I am just jaded, but I have seen Bill O' change over the last 4 years...a lot. I guess the public likes this persona better....

Me 2, Probably because all he cares about is being in top of the ratings.

I think he softened and started being nicer to libs, to win ratings, Nothing else.

Same here guys. I noticed the change as he moved to the left. Never could stand a populist. I think he may have done it to bring in the Independents and Blue Dogs, and others and that has been a successful strategy, if so. The more Fox can influence, the smarter the voter. Each anchor has Dems and Republicans on their shows and that is what makes them "Fair and Balanced' in my opinion....:)

Conservatives Now Outnumber Liberals in All 50 States, Says Gallup Poll | CNSnews.com

In 2009, 40% percent of respondents in Gallup surveys that have interviewed more than 160,000 Americans have said that they are either “conservative” (31%) or “very conservative” (9%). That is the highest percentage in any year since 2004.

Only 21% have told Gallup they are liberal, including 16% who say they are “liberal” and 5% who say they are “very liberal.”

Its not 63% but it is 2 to 1.

Of course, i highly doubt that everyone who responded defines the terms the same way or even know the correct definitions.

How many of them can explain the differences between Liberalism, Progressivism, Social Democracy, Democratic Socialism, Social Liberalism, and NeoLiberalism?

It's not a debate; it is a pure and simple evaluation of the body of work produced by Stephanie. I made and evaluation, read Stephanies posts and decide for yourself. She is stupid, IMHO and likely the opinon of most rational people.

Maybe, however that does not make it any smarter for you to use the "dumb dumb dumb" argument.

Present the facts and allow us to infer for ourselves if she is stupid or not. It will make you look better.

OK, so 42% get their election news from Foxnews, and 42% get their election news from CNN or MSNBC.

42 to 42.

What's the big Foxnews advantage here, again???

I really don't care either way, but they don't count it that way, cnn and mslsd are separate entities.

No their audience is people who don't watch Foxnews.

63% of the survey SELF IDENTIFIED CONSERVATIVES.

LOL, finally, there's the punchline.

Where'd you see that? I searched for 'self' and for 'conservative' and didn't find the text

You have to follow the OP's link to the poll .pdf.

Where, incidentally, you'll also find that 61% of those polled were over 40 years old.

doesnt really matter. the cult of personality is overrated. But it does seem that the conservative message is resonating with the people more.

How many people were polled? Of that number, I am led to believe 43% of that 81% watches Fox News. Let's just assume 1000 people were polled.

43% of 810 is 348.3. We'll say 350.

That leaves 65% of respondents or 650 people who did not get their news from Fox News. If these polls are a clear representation of how the public gets its news, Fox is clearly an utter failure.

:lol::lol: Do you need a straw to cling to? That is possibly the most ridiculous post I've seen from you. Basically, what you're saying is there is 'Fox' and 'everyone else'. This from the same guy who argues that the MSM isn't liberal leaning. Do you even get how stupid that is?
